What you will do:

  • Offer high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
  • Effectively pass on product and service knowledge to all therapists.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
  • Develop, train and coach therapists to maintain our exceptionally high standards.
  • Assist Spa Manager with monitoring stock levels, ordering products, conducting trade tests and interviewing potential therapists.
  • Pay attention to budgets and targets to ensure spa's profitability.
  • Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
  • Cover reception shifts when required.
