Cup of Joy is opening its first London location at 28 Blandford Street, Marylebone, in mid‑June. Originally from Istanbul, Cup of Joy has 8 successful locations and is now bringing its speciality coffee and fresh daytime food concept to London.
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our opening team and lead a simple, fresh menu including breakfast, bakery items, healthy salads, bowls, and light brunch dishes. The role will involve:
- Daily prep
- Service
- Stock control

Opening Hours:
- Weekdays: 07:00-18:00
