Location: Between Herne Hill and Wandsworth

We're looking for a talented, energetic and experienced florist to lead our small team of passionate florists at both our Herne Hill and Wandsworth stores. This is very much a hands-on role where attention to detail is key. You'll be joining our team at an exciting time when you can help shape and grow our business as we open our second store, grow our delivery service and expand our weddings and events offerings. You'll work closely with one of the founders to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Shop floor standards
  • Stock ordering and management
  • Team training and development
  • Slick execution of our London same day delivery and nationwide next-day delivery service
  • Floristry budget and achieving targeted gross profit margins

Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in a premium florist
  • Experience in hand-tied bouquets, weddings, events and installations
  • Experience in managing and coaching a team
  • A full UK driving licence
