Flame Health's Audiology Division is working on behalf of a respected independent optical and hearing care provider to recruit an experienced Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to lead and deliver exceptional audiology services across multiple locations in Kent and London. This is an exciting, patient-focused role ideal for a qualified professional who is clinically skilled, commercially aware, and looking to take the next step in shaping a growing audiology service.

The Opportunity

You'll split your time between established practices throughout Kent (3-4 days per week) and the expanding London locations (1-2 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality care while playing a key part in the development and future direction of audiology services across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments using recognised diagnostic methods
  • Perform wax removal services
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids tailored to each patient's needs
  • Deliver excellent aftercare and ongoing support for hearing aid users
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using Sycle software (training provided)
  • Provide clear, empathetic explanations of hearing results and care plans
  • Actively promote hearing protection and preventative care
  • Support the growth and success of the audiology service through community engagement and local marketing
  • Collaborate with optical teams to ensure a seamless, integrated patient experience

About You

  • HCPC-registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
  • Strong background in high street hearing care
  • Skilled in hearing assessments, wax removal, and hearing aid fittings
  • Experience with Signia hearing aids and Sycle software is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Kent and London
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering patient-centred care
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of the service
