This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a litho & digital printing company with a reputation for both quality and service. It would appeal to an experienced individual looking to do a variety of tasks within a busy and long-established printing company. This is a role where no two days are the same.

You will ensure all jobs and a variety of projects despatch on time with 100% accuracy, meeting SLAs. We are looking for a hard-working individual who can offer flexibility and commitment. This highly motivated individual will need to display a professional approach to their work and have a genuine ‘can do’ attitude towards their responsibilities. This person should be someone who could become part of the fabric of the Company over the next few years.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in managing or supervising Large Format inkjet printing. This hands-on role will require a highly motivated, self-disciplined team player who is adaptable and able to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all orders are despatched on time, in full and to the correct specification and quality.
  • Ensuring each member of staff is working as efficiently as possible.
  • To suggest and implement preventative measures to stop reoccurrence of any reported issues.
  • Setting and running large format printers.
  • Processing artwork through RIP for printing.
  • General upkeep and maintenance of machines.
  • Must be flexible; your responsibility would be to make sure all orders despatch on time. If there are still outstanding orders at the end of the day, you would be expected to work overtime to ensure all work is out.
  • Briefing and communicating information when receiving or passing jobs onto finishing.
Requirements:
  • Familiar with R.I.P. software.
  • Using large format printers.
  • Using large finishing equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to assist other team members whenever necessary.
  • Digital Textile printing and Dye Sub printing is a plus.
