About the Role
We are looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Activities Coordinators who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You will develop and deliver meaningful, engaging activities that promote growth and skill development, working closely with care colleagues and service managers to create tailored experiences. Our residential service in Langport is family‑oriented and accommodates individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex care needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate activities and events within the service and in the local community.
- Ensure activities are accessible, therapeutic and meet individual needs.
- Record and report on activities and session engagement.
- Assist during meal times between activities.
- Support the development of choice‑driven planning for the people you support.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Resilience, flexibility and composure in approach.
- Creativity and ability to focus on customer service.
