- Position: Landscapes Contracts Manager
- Hours: 40 hours Mon-Fri
- Location: Chelmsford
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Essex region's Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services operations.
- Full responsibility for day to day operations and projects in the region.
- Embed performance excellence through an operating model that supports seasonal peaks and out of hours customer support.
- Lead the grounds maintenance team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop growth and profitable operation of the area.
- Build and manage a professional and effective operational team.
- Implement a positive health and safety culture.
- Constantly strive to improve efficiency and utilisation of resources.

Required Qualifications
- Experience within the horticultural/landscaping industry.
- Excellent understanding of operational IT systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work.
- Ability to represent Mitie effectively at internal and external meetings.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.
