We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our Financial Mis-selling Team in Bolton.
Duties:- Manage a litigated case load of 100-250 files.
- Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring thorough management throughout.
- Experience in Pre-Litigation.
- Collaborate with team members and superiors.
- Be part of a successful team.
- Receive ongoing support and training as needed.
- LLB and LPC completion is desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience managing a caseload.
- Experience in financial mis-selling cases is advantageous.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- IT proficiency for legal research and case management.
- Fluency in English.
