As a Gaming Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement. You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with the General Manager, you'll contribute to bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, focusing on enhancing customer excitement, driving business growth, and maintaining an exceptional casino experience for our customers. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, promote high standards of customer service, and innovate gaming operations that excite and entertain guests.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Have previous casino management experience, an excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
  • Hold a current PML Licence.
  • Have a proven track record and ability to lead a team of people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino.
  • Be people focused with a passion for delivering first class customer experiences.
  • Be able to demonstrate the company values and correct behaviours that will support driving our mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK.
  • Have proven experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
