Hours: Casual (0 Hours). Shifts may include mornings, evenings & weekends.

We're looking for Pool Lifeguards who take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for every visitor. Whether it's lane swimming, family sessions, pool parties, or lessons, you'll help ensure that everyone has a positive experience at the local leisure centre. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing a career in the leisure industry. You'll play an important role in supporting people of all ages to lead healthier, more active lives, while gaining valuable skills and experience. Your professionalism, awareness, and friendly approach will help build strong relationships with our customers and keep them coming back.
Competency Assessment Date: Typically a COMP Assessment would be arranged to be conducted at the first stage of the Interview process but due to upcoming changes to First Aid regulations applicants may be requested to also attend a training session along with a competency assessment. This may be conducted after a Formal Interview or throughout onboarding (if Successful). Please note any Job Offers made will be conditional on the passing of a Competency Test.

To progress to the interview stage, applicants will need to attend the competency assessment on the date shown above. Unfortunately no other dates will be offered.

Qualified Candidates: Applicants must meet standard First Aid requirements and pass a competency assessment. Candidates are required to undergo Standard or Enhanced DBS. They must declare any criminal convictions or cautions, including traffic offences, before the DBS check is initiated.
