We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to support customer accounts, transport planning and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and handle enquiries via phone and email
  • Process and manage bookings within the Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Coordinate transport solutions and source external vehicles/drivers
  • Liaise with customers, drivers and suppliers to ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved
  • Support onboarding of new customers and account setup
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
  • Prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment
