We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Horticultural Assistant to join our plant nursery team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and maintenance of plants, manual handling tasks, and various outdoor activities to ensure the health and quality of our nursery stock.

In this role you will

  • Water, fertilize, prune, and weed plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Perform tasks in various weather conditions, including planting, watering, and general maintenance of outdoor areas.
  • Lift, carry, and move heavy plants, soil bags, and other gardening materials safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with planting, repotting, and transplanting activities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
