The firm has a strong and loyal client base across both commercial and agricultural sectors and is now seeking to appoint a Commercial/Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its close-knit and supportive team.

The Role

  • Solicitor (NQE+) with experience or a strong interest in the following areas, supported as required by senior colleagues:
    • Sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural property
    • Landlord and tenant matters (leases, tenancy agreements and licences)
    • Easements, overage agreements and mortgages
    • Managing a developing caseload with appropriate supervision
    • Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships

The successful candidate will be collaborative, proactive, and confident in their communication and someone who enjoys contributing positively to a small, friendly team.
