Full time role with a rewarding salary package up to £30,500 and an annual bonus. £10 meal allowance every shift.

As a Hotel Manager at our Welcome Break Days Inn hotel, you'll take full ownership of the hotel operation, driving guest satisfaction, leading your teams, and ensuring every room, corridor and touchpoint feels clean, comfortable and looked after.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day running of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Setting expectations, planning effectively and keeping everything running smoothly, especially at peak times.
  • Managing guest scores, safety and compliance, ensuring the hotel is audit ready, the team is trained, and standards are consistently met.
  • Handling escalations confidently, solving problems quickly, and ensuring every shift is supported by clear communication and strong leadership.
  • Balancing great hospitality with great results, controlling costs, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards.
  • Developing and coaching your team, building capability across shifts, and using clear routines to deliver reliable standards every day.
  • Working closely with wider site teams and support functions to drive occupancy, control spend, and ensure guests would happily stay with us again.
