With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South‑West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to support our Asbestos and CCTV Drainage department. This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you'll play a key part in booking orders and liaising with customers, coordinating surveys, managing documentation, and ensuring our customers experience runs smoothly from start to finish. As a central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you'll help deliver a seamless service while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer care.

Location: Eastington GL10 3AQ

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-16.30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for client enquiries relating to asbestos surveys and CCTV drainage inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, surveys, and inspections with surveyors and clients.
  • Process job orders, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded on internal systems.
  • Liaise with surveyors, engineers, and department heads to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain compliance documentation, including asbestos reports and drainage inspection records.
  • Upload, track, and distribute survey reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, job packs, and operational paperwork.
  • Carry out data entry on internal systems.
  • Handle invoice queries and assist with billing processes where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company and regulatory requirements.
