The Swan Hotel at Stafford is now recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in this established hotel. As an experienced professional Head Chef, you will have run busy fresh food kitchens, maintained 5 star hygiene kitchen operations and be able to manage, develop and lead your kitchen team through every type of service session.
