Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to join our public sector client based in Kilmarnock. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term ongoing role with a stable and supportive organisation.
Pay: Β£14.39 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Role Type: Ongoing Temporary Role, Immediate Start Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights accurately
- Managing inbound and outbound vehicle traffic in line with site procedures
- Inputting data and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Handling basic administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and data entry
- Communicating with drivers and site staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (weighbridge experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
