My client is a leading, multi-branch Lettings and Estate Agent who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued growth in their Lettings department, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Kenilworth.

As a Property Manager, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties and your duties will include:

  • Pro-active and reactive maintenance
  • Property inspections
  • Organisation of safety certificates
  • Relationship building with tenants and Landlords
  • Out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties
  • Checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants

Main Duties to include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works
  • Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
  • Renewals and producing tenancy agreements
  • Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
  • Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
  • Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries

Essential Skills required for the Lettings Property Manager role:
