Brathay has secured new funding to deliver Universal and Targeted Early Help group & 121 support to children, young people, and families across Kendal. We are excited to have secured new funding for a 3-year period to deliver activity based learning programmes in groups and 121 mentoring alongside to inspire young people to Build their Brighter Futures. Together, we will deliver a blend of engaging group activities and one to one support designed to build emotional wellbeing, resilience and a sense of belonging - helping children, young people and families feel like their Best Selves and Thrive within their communities.
You will:
- Coordinate Brathay's Early Help Support in Cumbria, predominantly Kendal
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Line manage a small delivery team
- Deliver high quality support
- Oversee monitoring, reporting and service quality
