We're looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team and support operational decision making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a finance related degree who is eager to learn, develop quickly, and build a long term career in finance. You'll work closely with experienced Finance Business Partners and operational teams across the business, gaining hands on exposure to commercial finance in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Finance Business Partners across multiple divisions with strategic financial analysis and reporting
  • Producing timely and accurate weekly sales and cost analysis for a variety of stakeholders
  • Presenting financial performance reports and insights to area managers and operational teams
  • Analysing large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
  • Identifying financial performance issues and helping to deliver solutions that improve profitability and efficiency
  • Working collaboratively with support teams across the business to aid commercial decision making
  • Responding to ad hoc operational queries and providing data led recommendations
  • Contributing to ongoing reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related subject
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous Excel experience is desirable but not essential
