Retail Supervisor in Isleworth, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

As a retail supervisor, you'll:
- Serve customers and support the Store Manager.
- Check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Take pride in what you and the team do.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
- Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face and coaching the team to do the same.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Maintaining great product availability and high branch standards, while creating a fun working environment.
