HR Administrator Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), supporting Sizewell C. As part of the CWA, you will support the building of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and playing a key role in our energy future.

This role will be within the Marine and Tunnels Section.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and offboarding activities.
  • Liaise with vetting teams and arrange IT access and new starter communications.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and coordinate interviews.
  • Support recruitment administration and workforce planning activities.
  • Produce payroll, allowance, and employee movement reports.
  • Complete allowance uploads and issue payroll reminders.
  • Support HR projects and provide administrative support to HR Advisors.
  • Provide cover during absences and assist with ad hoc HR tasks.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and documentation.
  • Process employee changes including pay, promotions, and record updates confidentially.
