The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver an outstanding experience for our customers—booking them in at reception, serving as a point of contact for questions, recognizing sales opportunities, hosting individuals and parties, maintaining the centre's cleanliness, and preparing and serving food and drinks. As a Pin Technician, you will ensure all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard. You will perform preventative maintenance, carry out repairs in a timely fashion, undertake general building maintenance, and support a positive, friendly, and open team environment. You will work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly. Exceptional customer service must be at the heart of your role, and you must be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.
