About the Role
Working closely with senior leadership and the Chief Investment Officer, the Investment Director will play a key role across origination, execution, portfolio support, and value creation initiatives. This highly commercial role is suited to an individual who enjoys operating in entrepreneurial environments and working closely with founders and management teams. The successful candidate will lead transactions end-to-end while also supporting portfolio companies through strategic and operational growth initiatives, including preparation for future exits and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities across multiple sectors
- Leading transaction execution, including commercial, operational, and financial diligence
- Supporting portfolio companies post-investment, including board participation where appropriate
- Driving value creation initiatives across portfolio businesses
- Working alongside founders and leadership teams on growth strategy, operational improvements, acquisitions, and scaling initiatives
- Supporting exit preparation and strategic positioning of portfolio companies

- Strong investment experience with a track record in deal execution and portfolio management
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proven relationship-building skills with founders and senior management teams
- Excellent analytical, modelling, and commercial judgement skills
