A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STAFF NURSE
What you'll be doing:
- Providing excellent, holistic, patient centred palliative care.
- Be part of a highly skilled and driven multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Pharmacist, Social work, chaplaincy and volunteers.
- Medicine management, care planning and discharge planning.
- Assisting with personal care, nutrition and all activities of daily living.
- Working in a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.
