We are looking to recruit a paralegal to work with our residential property team based in our city centre office in Inverness. Responsibilities
- Deal with a full range of residential conveyancing matters.
- Conduct transactions from point of offer to settlement.
- Progress transactions within your expertise, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Self-motivated to progress transactions.
- Experience in residential conveyancing desirable but not essential; training and support provided.
