Responsibilities
- You will need to be a HCPC qualified hearing aid audiologist with the desire and ability to provide premium customer care and have an aptitude for sales.
- To carry out our comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions, within specified time scales in accordance with the HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company's CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation.
- Provide premium after sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries, in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with the HCPC CPD requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD.
- Hold current HCPC registration.
- Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA.
- IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload.
