We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator (Band 7) to support Acute Services across the Surgical and Medical Directorates at Raigmore Hospital. This role provides visible clinical leadership, delivers high-quality education, and supports staff development in a fast-paced acute environment.

You will lead on induction, competency-based training, and ongoing professional development while promoting safe, evidence-based practice. The post requires strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.
