Your role
- Plan and deliver activities that are fun, creative and meaningful
- Support residents one-to-one as well as in groups

About you
You are enthusiastic, caring and full of ideas. You can adapt activities to suit different needs and love bringing people together. If you have (or are working towards) an SVQ 3 in Social Care, even better. Most important is your creativity and compassion.

This role requires PVG membership and SSSC registration, and you will need to be comfortable working within our Christian ethos.

Legal and regulatory requirements
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and you are professionally responsible for ensuring you meet the standards and criteria for registration. As we work in Christ's name the job requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
