Join Lottie as Interim Finance Director for a 7-8 month maternity cover, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead a team of three, overseeing month-end operations, statutory compliance, and strategic FP&A. As a pivotal partner to leadership, you'll ensure the business remains audit and Series B ready while driving operational excellence.
