We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. If you're ready to make your mark on an established neurological rehabilitation and complex care service, apply now to join the team at St. Neots Neurological Centre. This is a 6-month interim position, created to provide focused leadership during a period of organisational development and to deliver a defined programme of project-based improvement work.
You will be responsible for stabilising operational performance, driving quality improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of key strategic projects that strengthen the service for the long term. You will be leading and managing the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met. As the Interim Care Centre Director at St. Neots Neurological Centre, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility for the service, regulatory compliance, and the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide interim leadership for 6 months to drive organisational development and project-based improvements within the neurological rehabilitation service.
- Enhance performance, ensuring quality care and financial targets, and lead clinical and operational teams.
- Oversee a portfolio of improvement initiatives, such as service redesign and workforce optimisation.
- Engage effectively with local health authorities and prepare the service for a seamless leadership transition at the period's end.
To be successful as the Interim Care Centre Director you will:
- Have an excellent track record in a healthcare or social care management role (essential).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of neurological services.
