The Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team advises a broad range of clients, including businesses, directors, insolvency practitioners, and creditors. The team handles a diverse caseload spanning commercial litigation and insolvency matters, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach. Work includes contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, regulatory matters, debt recovery, and insolvency-related advice such as restructuring, recoveries, and formal insolvency procedures.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of insolvency and dispute resolution matters
- Assisting senior lawyers and partners on more complex cases
- Advising clients on a range of commercial and civil disputes
- Supporting clients through insolvency-related issues and processes
- Contributing to the overall performance and profitability of the team
- Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent), ideally at a junior level
- Interest in insolvency and dispute resolution work
