We're currently recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across schools in Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas like Loughborough, supporting pupils who may need additional help to engage with learning and school life. This is a rewarding role where you'll be helping create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and young people with a range of additional needs. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have at least 6 months' experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
- Are patient, calm, and approachable
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Are passionate about helping young people thrive in education
Experience in education, care, youth work, or support work is highly valued.
Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Pay: £92.63 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
