We are recruiting for an Inclusion and Safeguarding Officer. Required ASAP. Salary Range: Grade 6 SCP 12-17 (£28,598-£31,022) (FTE-AYR) - pro rata. Actual Salary: £24,906.91-£27,509.47 per annum. Work 5 days, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days).

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Assistant Principal, Raising Standards including Safeguarding, to support the day to day inclusion and safeguarding systems and processes across the school, ensuring total consistency, efficiency and rigour.
  • Provide high quality mentoring to pupils within the school, taking ownership for the success of the interventions provided.
  • Support the Assistant Principal and Safeguarding Leader in ensuring that all pupils are safe and well looked after.
