Flame Health's Optometry division is currently working in partnership with a well‑established independent optical practice to recruit an Optometrist based in Cheadle.
The Role
The successful Optometrist will play a key role in delivering a high standard of clinical care, ensuring every patient receives a thorough and personalised eye examination. You will work closely with an experienced and supportive team, contributing to a positive patient journey and the continued growth of the practice. With 30‑minute testing times, you will have the time required to focus on quality consultations and provide tailored solutions to meet each patient's needs.
Clinical Environment
The practice is equipped to support a wide range of clinical services, including myopia management and contact lens work, allowing you to utilise and further develop your clinical skillset. A full practice refurbishment is also planned, offering a modern and enhanced working environment.
Working Pattern
This is a four‑day per week role, with no Sunday or evening commitments, providing an excellent work‑life balance.
Requirements
Applicants must be a GOC‑registered Optometrist with a strong commitment to delivering high standards of patient care. Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a patient‑focused approach are essential.
