We're looking for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and support the full employee journey - from attracting great candidates to ensuring onboarding, compliance, and HR administration are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One minute you'll be coordinating interviews, the next preparing contracts, chasing employment checks, or making sure HR records are perfectly up to date.   • Recruitment Coordination
    • Writing job adverts that stand out for the right reasons
    • Sourcing and approaching great candidates via LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
    • Coordinating interviews without the usual calendar chaos
    • Keeping candidates updated and making sure they actually enjoy the recruitment process
    • Maintaining recruitment trackers so organised they deserve their own appreciation post
    • Preparing recruitment reports and supporting hiring managers with onboarding activities
  • HR Administration
    • Preparing contracts, HR letters, and employee correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Keeping employee records and HR systems organised, updated, and under control
    • Supporting onboarding and leaver processes so nothing gets missed along the way
    • Making sure documentation is compliant, secure, and nowhere near "I'll sort that later" territory
    • Tracking employment checks and pre-employment screening before start dates sneak up on everyone
    • Chasing outstanding documents with the perfect balance of persistence and professionalism
    • Supporting right to work and wider compliance processes
    • Keeping audit ready records that would make even the strictest spreadsheet fan proud
  • General HR Support
    • Providing day to day support to the HR team and wider business
    • Responding to employee and manager queries in a professional, approachable, and helpful way
    • Supporting improvements to HR systems and processes - because there's always a smarter way to do things
    • Helping create a smooth employee experience from offer letter to onboarding and beyond

What We're Looking For

  • You’ll ideally have:
    • Previous experience within HR administration or recruitment coordination
    • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms
    • Confidence using LinkedIn and online recruitment tools
    • The ability to manage confidential information professionally
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
