We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of professional HR services across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise & support managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
  • Assist with disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other HR processes.
  • Maintain HR records and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with HR systems.
  • CIPD L5 and/or equivalent HR experience.
