You will play an important role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and issuing offer documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and induction activities for new employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems
  • Preparing contracts, offers of employment, and HR correspondence
  • Supporting payroll administration through accurate data submission
  • Coordinating training activities and maintaining training records
  • Responding to employee queries and directing them appropriately
  • Assisting HR Advisors with employee relations administration
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies
  • Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Completing apprenticeship coursework and attending required training sessions

Skills & Knowledge

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent
  • Experience in Business Studies at GCSE is desirable
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
