Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and high standards throughout the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces to maintain quality control.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to promote efficiency and teamwork.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
