We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our resort team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across our lodges, cottages, and hotel. You will play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest lodges, cottages, and accommodation units to company standards.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitise all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to management promptly.
- Ensure all accommodation is fully stocked with required supplies before guest arrivals.
- Clean kitchen areas and replenish supplies.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning programmes.
- Work efficiently to meet changeover schedules during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when required.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.
