What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of the plant area, ensuring high standards of presentation, customer service, and commercial performance.
- Playing a key role in day to day retail operations, with regular responsibility for covering wider store management duties when required.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and developing the plant area to maintain strong retail standards and an excellent customer experience.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating a small team within the department.
- Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
- Providing practical horticultural advice and guidance to customers.
- Covering general store management duties on a regular basis.
- Working closely with senior management to support operational delivery and improvements.
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and store procedures.
