What you'll do
- Senior Store Assistant (keyholder)
- Horsham, 20 hours per week.
The role requires local living and a flexible schedule to cover the store's opening hours of 7 AM to 8 PM.
Candidates must be able to manage early starts and late finishes and work within a fast paced, customer focused retail environment.
- Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, guiding customers to the right products and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support deliveries, unpack stock, manage warehouse tasks and keep shelves stocked.
- Maintain store cleanliness and prepare customer orders, often working in varied temperatures and environments.
- Handle keyholder duties: open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short term supervisory cover when necessary.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, actively selling membership benefits and competitive pricing to customers.
- Assist in sustaining excellent customer service during busy periods and demonstrate genuine interest in customers' project needs.
