Responsibilities
- Support with store procedures including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Support your fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating.
- Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers.
- Support in creating the third place environment during each shift.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer‑first attitude and creating genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.
- Provide quality beverages, whole‑bean and food products consistently for all customers in line with recipe and presentation standards.
Shift Details
Working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Training
All partners begin their careers with an introductory training programme led by in‑store trainers and coaches. The programme is delivered in our stores and provides partners with the opportunity to learn on the job, supported by their manager.
