We are currently recruiting for a Static HIU & Mechanical Engineer to be based at a prestigious site in King's Cross. The Role:
Working as a static engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of HIUs (Heat Interface Units) and associated mechanical plant across a high-end commercial/residential development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, and fault finding on HIUs
- General mechanical maintenance across the site
- Working on plant room equipment including pumps, valves, and pipework
- Monitoring and maintaining heating and hot water systems
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
- Liaising with site management and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with HIUs and mechanical systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Background in building services / facilities maintenance
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (desirable)
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
