The Role
As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of a vibrant, high-volume restaurant bar at the heart of a prestigious Hitchin Operations. You will set the tone for service excellence, leading from the front, shaping the guest experience, and ensuring every cocktail, every interaction, and every detail reflects the standards expected from a premium bar. Working alongside a talented leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, develop your team, and play a key role in elevating the bar's widely admired reputation.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing a premium restaurant bar
- A track record of running a high volume cocktail bar operation with exceptional service standards, training programmes, and well-structured processes
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team
