- Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Receive, issue, and maintain records of liquor store supplies.
- Balance sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar station continuously.
- Apply knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities and rights.
- Adhere to all beverage regulations.
- Collaborate with cocktailers, casino utilities, servers, and supervisors to ensure efficient operation.
- Work in outlets as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous bartending experience of at least one year.
- Alcohol Awareness Training completed within the last two months.
