THE ROLE
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! (TV & Film) This is a great opportunity to either begin or enhance your career in Security. Taking pride in providing a professional customer-focused security service to our prestigious client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- First responder to all incidents
- Attending site alarms
- Lock up/downs of buildings
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence
- Provide a visible security contact for customers and staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaising with the Site management where required
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner
- Ensure the team are completing all site patrols
- Booking in/out visitors
SKILLS
- You are capable of dealing with a variety of situations and are very customer service focused
- You can communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English
- You have good organisational and record-keeping skills
- You are IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications
- You are always well-presented
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
- You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- You must have a valid Driving Licence
- Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
