Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Property Manager. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Hessle. The salary ranges between £26,000‑£28,000 pa.
Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to develop a career in the property industry, being mentored through a structured training plan of typically 6‑9 months to ensure you get the required skills to become a competent Property Manager. As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained. The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties. You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Great administrative skills including IT, literacy and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
