The Property & Procurement team ensures proactive, cost effective management of Tribal's UK property portfolio and all related procurement activity. They also oversee Health & Safety, ISO governance, and Business Continuity processes across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on reception duties, coordinating travel as part of the Tribal Travel Team, and supporting the Office Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing meeting room and travel bookings.
  • Welcoming visitors and handling calls professionally.
  • Ordering office supplies and processing incoming mail.
  • Supporting Tribal's governance standards, including ISO accreditation, Corporate Responsibility, Business Continuity, and Health & Safety activities.

This role is part time 15 hours per week, working on site in our Hessle office.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring visitors are greeted in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, managing security passes for new starters, leavers, visitors etc.
  • Making sure meeting rooms, kitchens and welfare areas are safe, accessible and well stocked, including tracking room usage and managing purchase orders and costs.
  • Ordering of catering and stationary items.
  • Sorting incoming post - forwarding on or scanning as required.
  • Ensuring the appropriate functioning of office equipment by being the key contact for these facilities, logging and acting upon any issues in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the Travel team by booking travel in line with policy, approving trips under the Global Travel Policy, and ensuring all travellers complete the required travel risk assessments.
  • Acting as a key Health & Safety contact by ensuring adequate First Aiders and Fire Marshals, producing monthly H&S reports, recording accidents and incidents, supporting regular policy and procedure reviews, and attending fortnightly H&S meetings.
  • Keeping the Access Control system up to date for starters and leavers, supporting the review and updating of Property Team documentation, and actively promoting ISO requirements by engaging with ISO processes, procedures, and the annual audit.

The skills you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and approach.
  • Computer literate - experience of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, professional and conscientious.

It would be great if you had:

  • H&S qualifications and experience including DSE knowledge.
  • First Aid Certificate.
