Roles and Responsibilities
- You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Development acquisitions and disposals
- Re-sales
- Title investigation and associated matters
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and leases
- Handling SDLT submissions, including reliefs
- Investigating and resolving title issues
- Managing restrictive covenant variations and releases
- Running matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in development work (desirable)
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
